My disk drive has gone bad on my Elan. Has anyone else had the same problem? None of my backups are working at all -- not even the CompactFlash card. I was told from customer service that using a diskette with a metal door instead of plastic could have caused the problem. If I had known that when I bought the equipment, I wouldn't have used them! Now it's too expensive for us to fix, and we couldn't afford the maintenance contract at the time. If anyone has had a similar problem, could they let me know?? Thank you!!!!!
