Currently, I am a beginning court reporter student. I have not been able to install the Global Cat software onto my laptop which has Windows XP. The Global Cat software said it was compatible with XP but I continued to receive an error message. Any suggesions? Should I uninstall XP and install a different windows software such as the older moldels: 2000, etc?
