Another question for seasoned scopists: Do you charge a premium for work that requires you to do excessive transcription of missing content and/or fixing excessive errors? I find I can't concentrate on details like punctuation, etc., because the majority of my time is spent actually typing the content that the CR missed and fixing incorrect content if I want to make my deadline.
